adolescents between 6 and 17 years of age at risk due to street life, child labor, substance abuse, commercial sexual exploitation, involvement with armed groups, or other vulnerable situations.<br><br>\n\u2022 Transitional Care \u2013 Diagnostic and Referral Center: Immediate, continuous care (24 hours a day, 7 days a week) for children and adolescents between 9 and 17 years of age referred by administrative authorities when they require urgent protection measures and placement in a shelter is not appropriate, in accordance with Law 1098 of
