Administer vaccines from the Expanded Program on Immunization (EPI) to children aged 0-5 years , girls aged 9-17 years , women of childbearing age aged 10-49 years , and adults over 60 years of age for the prevention of vaccine-preventable diseases .

Death certificate

Live birth certificate

Obtain the certification that proves that the newborn was born alive at any of the Metrosalud care points.

Dispensing of medications and medical devices

To deliver one or more medications or medical devices to a patient , and information on their proper use , according to the medical prescription .

Initial emergency care:

Attention to people who require immediate protection due to alteration of physical, functional and/or mental integrity for any cause, with varying degrees of severity that compromise the life or functionality of the person.

Clinical laboratory test

Access to the collection of blood and/or body fluid samples for low, medium and high complexity laboratory tests, for processing and subsequent medical evaluation ..

Radiology and diagnostic imaging

Obtaining images of the patient for diagnostic and therapeutic purposes, through the use of electromagnetic spectrum waves and other energy sources ..

Therapy:

Access to treatments for the comprehensive habilitation or rehabilitation of the patient.

Medical record

Obtain the medical history in which the health conditions of the patient or family, the medical acts and other procedures performed by the health team involved in the care are recorded chronologically.
