We wish to strengthen our institutional capacity to guarantee the fundamental right to participation in health by users, families and the community so that they can influence institutional decisions made regarding plans, programs and projects that affect them, through social control exercises and respectful interaction with the administration and health personnel.

Our policy guarantees the fundamental right to participation in health by users, families and the community; likewise, our participation program includes three components to fulfill this policy, which are: Citizen Information and Service System (SIAUC), User satisfaction with the services provided and formation and operation of the mechanisms for participation in health: User Association and Hospital Ethics Committee.

The Business Transparency and Ethics Program aims to publicly declare the commitment of Metrosalud , its Board of Directors and its senior managers to a current ethical and transparent approach towards its stakeholders , and to conduct the company responsibly, acting under a philosophy of zero tolerance for those acts that contradict our corporate principles.
