Description of the organizational structure
Board of Directors:
The highest management and corporate governing body of the ESE responsible for ensuring compliance with strategic objectives.
Management:
Define the organization's purposes and direct all elements towards their fulfillment, maintaining balance and continuous development
Sub-Management of Service Network:
Generate corporate results that guarantee the fulfillment of the institutional mission.
Financial and Administrative Sub-Management:
Obtains and manages the business resources necessary for the fulfillment of organizational purposes.
Office of Planning and Organizational Development:
Defines, executes, monitors and evaluates the strategic direction that guides the management of the entity towards the fulfillment of its mission, vision and institutional objectives.
Legal Office:
It ensures that the entity's actions are framed and supported within the legal parameters, in order to defend the judicial and extrajudicial interests of the ESE.
Office of Public Health and Territorial Management:
Manages strategies and coordination mechanisms between the different actors in the territory, executing public health projects and prevention and promotion activities.
Office of Internal Control and Evaluation
Evaluate and provide feedback to the organization to contribute to the improvement of its overall management.
Office of Internal Disciplinary Control:
It initiates disciplinary proceedings against employees assigned to the ESE, in accordance with current regulations, in order to prevent and correct disciplinary offenses within the entity.
Sales of Services Department:
Manages the sale of health services in accordance with the ESE contracting model, in order to contribute to the generation of Metrosalud's income.
UPSS Address:
It is responsible for the execution of the processes of promotion and prevention, emergencies, outpatient care, hospitalization, surgical care, clinical laboratory care, diagnostic imaging care, and management of the pharmaceutical service.
Information Systems Department:
It generates reliable and timely information for each process in order to support decision-making and the correct operation of the organizational management system.
Administrative Department:
Manages the assets and services of the ESE in order to minimize risks related to the physical environment and respond satisfactorily to the needs of internal and external clients.
Human Talent Management:
Manages the sufficiency, competence, well-being and motivation of the staff in order to support the operation of the processes under quality conditions, for the achievement of institutional objectives.
