Development of the PSS (Health Service Provision) model

This Plan constitutes the main strategic planning instrument of ESE Metrosalud, guiding its institutional actions and decisions during the period corresponding to the 2026 to 2030 fiscal years, in accordance with the guidelines of the District Development Plan, the Ten-Year Public Health Plan and the national policies of the sector.

The formulation of this plan is based on a comprehensive diagnosis that considers both internal and external factors that influence institutional performance. It clearly outlines the institution's commitment to strengthening the healthcare service delivery model, with three key areas of focus: Financial Sustainability, Digital Transformation, and Human Talent Management and Development.

The Metrosalud Development Plan is a roadmap that will allow us to move towards more humane, decisive and user-centered care, within the framework of the structural changes of the Colombian health system.
