The contracting processes at ESE Metrosalud are governed by the rules of private law, by express mandate of Article 195, Numeral 6 of Law 100 of 1993 and especially by the internal regulation according to Board of Directors Agreement No. 455 of 2024 by means of which the Contracting Statute of ESE Metrosalud is issued.
