At Metrosalud, we work to ensure that the right to health ceases to be a promise and becomes a real, accessible, and dignified experience for every person in Medellín. Through its Office of Public Health and Territorial Management, it manages strategies and coordination mechanisms among the various stakeholders in the region, implementing public health projects and health promotion and disease prevention activities in accordance with the Medellín Te Quiere 2024–2027 Territorial Health Plan.  

We implement different programs and projects for the District of Medellín that respond to the specific needs of our communities, through agreements signed for the Health Secretariat, the Social Inclusion and Family Secretariat, the Peace and Human Rights Secretariat, the Women's Secretariat and for the Education Secretariat with the Special Administrative Unit of Buen Comienzo.
